Video Editor

Responsibilities

• You will focus on editing a variety of corporate videos.
• Enhance videos with visual effects, graphics, text overlays, and animations to convey information and engage viewers effectively.
• Color Correction - Adjust and enhance the color, contrast, and brightness of video footage to achieve the desired look and mood.
• Transitions - Create smooth transitions between shots and scenes to maintain the flow of the video.
• Storytelling- Collaborate with directors, producers, and content creators to understand the video's purpose and message, and then translate that into the final edit.
• File Management- Organize and manage video files, ensuring that projects are well-structured and easily accessible for future use.
• Format Optimization- Adapt video content to various formats and platforms, such as social media, websites, and mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Video Editing Software: Proficiency in video editing software Camtasia required and Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro Experience with Adobe After Effects strongly preferred.
• Candidates must submit a portfolio or sample work showcasing prior video editing projects.
