Responsibilities

• Assemble and edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos for various platforms, including our website, social media channels, and internal communications.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and agricultural teams to understand project requirements and creative vision.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, special effects, music, and sound to enhance video content.
• Perform colour correction and sound mixing to ensure high production standards.
• Organise and maintain a digital library of video assets for future use.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.
• Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in video editing and production.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a Video Editor, supported by a strong portfolio of work.
• Expert proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid experience with motion graphics and visual effects software, such as Adobe After Effects.
• A keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A degree in Film Studies, Media Production, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
• An interest in or experience with the agriculture or food industry would be a significant advantage.
