Video Data Annotator

Contract role, remote, 10–40 hrs/week, $7/hour.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and review robotics-related video footage using detailed guidelines.
• Assess and score video clips for data quality, relevance, and accuracy.
• Identify and label specific actions, objects, or events within video data.
• Collaborate with the project team to clarify annotation standards.
• Document annotation decisions and provide feedback on guidelines.
• Perform quality assurance checks to verify adherence to project requirements.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in video data annotation across various platforms.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality annotations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and remote interaction.
• Previous experience with robotics footage or robotics-related annotation tasks is heavily preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex annotation guidelines and scoring rubrics.
