About The Role We are looking for detail-oriented Video Data Annotators to support the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. You will review short video and audio clips, label multimedia content, assess AI-generated descriptions, and evaluate content against established moderation guidelines. Your work will help improve AI accuracy, content understanding, and output quality. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities Review and annotate short video and audio clips according to project-specific guidelinesEvaluate AI-generated descriptions for accuracy, relevance, and appropriatenessAssess multimedia content against established moderation standards and flag potentially inappropriate or uncertain material with clear explanationsIdentify inaccuracies, ambiguities, and inconsistencies in AI-generated outputsProvide concise written feedback to support improvements in AI performance and data qualityMaintain high levels of annotation accuracy and consistency across large volumes of submissionsCollaborate remotely with project managers and team members to clarify guidelines and improve workflowsFollow confidentiality, data protection, and responsible data-handling requirements Requirements Strong written English skills and the ability to communicate findings clearlyExcellent attention to detail when reviewing visual and audio contentAbility to follow detailed instructions and apply evaluation criteria consistentlyStrong analytical skills and sound judgment when identifying inaccuracies or ambiguous contentAbility to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to changing project requirementsCommitment to data confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information
