Our company is seeking an experienced Video Producer to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, edit, publish, and optimize video content from start to finish
• Create YouTube, recruiting, educational, and social media content
• Analyze video performance and use insights to improve future content
• Interview drivers and employees to uncover authentic stories
• Optimize titles, thumbnails, content structure, and distribution strategies
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Repurpose existing content to maximize value and audience reach
• Experience producing long-form and short-form video content
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
• Strong interviewing and storytelling skills
• Interest in analytics, audience behavior, and content performance
• Ability to make data-informed content decisions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
