Video Content Creator

Our client, an international construction and engineering company, is seeking an On-Camera UGC Content Creator to serve as the on-camera talent for a monthly social-first news recap series focused on company updates for investors and customers. This role is primarily about being the face and voice of the videos - bringing a natural, engaging, and credible presence while also filming and editing short-form content optimized for social platforms. Someone who feels authentic, approachable, and credible, with enough personality to make corporate news feel engaging and human. Think social-native, not overly polished.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-camera talent for a recurring monthly news update series
• Film and edit at least one short-form video per month
• Capture content in natural, authentic locations (not studio style)
• Edit videos using CapCut or similar editing tools (templates, captions, light effects)
• Collaborate with our team using Trello for project tracking
• Follow provided scripts and voiceover guidance (light adaptation encouraged)

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident on camera
• Experience with CapCut (preferred) or other mobile editing software
• Ability to self shoot using your own phone or camera (iPhone or Android is fine)
• Available to start right away
• Willing to cede paid usage rights (please note any associated costs)
