Responsibilities

• Supply servers with food items and supplies for the front of the restaurant to function effectively.
• Responsible for general table maintenance and cleanliness of restaurants in accordance to specification, in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:
• Serve general items such as soups, salads, and beverages to guests as necessary.
• Set tables with silverware and glassware, restocks server stations.
• Clean tabletops and chairs.
• Make coffee and keep a fresh supply of coffee and water available.
• Supply service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts.

Requirements

• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment usage.
• Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
• Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
