Victorville- Shift Lead

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains smooth operation of restaurant according to schedule.
• Conducts shift walk-through and completes opening, transitioning, and closing tasks.
• Engages with guests to ensure service and enjoyment standards are met.
• Performs food preparation or service tasks as needed, including cooking, clearing tables, and serving food and drinks.
• Maintains cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
• Completes shift administration and banking tasks.
• Maintains compliance with health department regulations regarding restaurant cleanliness, food preparation, and temperature control.
• Ensures team members adhere to break and meal period schedules.
• Addresses and resolves customer concerns or feedback professionally and constructively.
• Trains and guides new team members, setting expectations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
