Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in grade level meetings
• Support the implementation of the school's curriculum and educational model
• Develop mastery in subjects and grades overseen for effective coaching
• Teach teachers to assess student mastery and growth
• Lead data analysis meetings to develop reteach plans
• Create and maintain a positive school culture aligned with the company values

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of four years teaching experience
• New Jersey Principal Certificate or a Letter of Eligibility for Principal required
• Strong understanding of instructional practices and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with adult learning and professional development facilitation
