About the role

As a Wealth Planner, your expertise drives meaningful, long-term relationships with clients seeking tailored financial guidance. You serve as a trusted adviser, counselor, and coach to clients with significant wealth and complexity, helping them grow, manage, and protect their assets. You partner with clients to develop personalized, comprehensive financial roadmaps and deliver integrated wealth planning and investment strategies aligned with their goals today, tomorrow, and across generations. Using sophisticated planning tools, you implement solutions that support key life events, wealth transfer decisions, and multigenerational planning needs. Through a high-touch planning experience, you build client dedication, increase share of wallet, generate referrals, and collaborate with peers to strengthen a culture of planning.

Responsibilities

  • Drive meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients seeking tailored financial guidance.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser, counselor, and coach to clients with significant wealth and complexity, helping them grow, manage, and protect their assets.
  • Partner with clients to develop personalized, comprehensive financial roadmaps.
  • Deliver integrated wealth planning and investment strategies aligned with clients’ goals today, tomorrow, and across generations.
  • Use sophisticated planning tools to implement solutions that support key life events, wealth transfer decisions, and multigenerational planning needs.
  • Through a high‑touch planning experience, build client dedication, increase share of wallet, generate referrals, and collaborate with peers to strengthen a culture of planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years industry experience in financial services or a related field (10+ years preferred).
  • 3‑5 years of financial planning experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Active FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
  • CFP highly preferred.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of behavioral economics and family dynamics.
  • Outstanding relationship‑building skills with collaborative attitude.
  • Proven track record of client satisfaction (high Net Promoter Score).
  • Deep understanding of investment theory, markets, and products.
  • Success in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience developing, delivering, and executing comprehensive wealth management strategies including investment management, retirement, tax, and protection planning.
