Vice President - Telecom & Digital Infrastructure
About the role
Vice Presidents in the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure group at Lazard advise clients on strategic and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising. They work across various verticals such as broadband and network infrastructure, data centers and cloud infrastructure, managed services, satellites, wireless infrastructure and digital infrastructure services.
Responsibilities
- Direct financial analyses and review models
- Lead preparation and creation of client presentations and marketing materials
- Interact with client senior executives
- Manage deal processes
- Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-6 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred)
- A demonstrated team player attitude and leadership qualities with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
- Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, and maturity
- Strong client and presentation skills
- Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, an MBA and/or JD would be an asset

Pay
The base salary range for this role is approximately $250,000 - $275,000 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
