We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the description.
First part: Department: Corporate Finance Job Type: Regular Full Time Education Level: BA/BS Required Years Experience: 15
Then description paragraphs about CPG, mission, role.
We need to create sections.
"About the role": could be the introductory description of the role (the paragraph after mission). Provide summary.
"Responsibilities": list of essential duties and responsibilities (the bullet list after "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.") We need to convert each duty into . Must preserve all details.
"Requirements": maybe the qualifications list? Actually there is a "Qualifications" section later. Also there is "EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:" and "Physical Demands", "Work Environment". We need to decide sections.
We have "Qualifications" heading in source: "Qualifications To perform this job successfully..." then bullet list of requirements. Then "EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:" etc. Then "Physical Demands", "Work Environment". Then "Salary Range: $220,000 - $255,000". Then benefits description.
We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not create sections with filler. So we need to map content.
- About the role: intro paragraph(s) describing role, mission, etc.
- Responsibilities: list of essential duties.
- Requirements: maybe the "Qualifications" bullet list? Actually the source has a "Qualifications" heading then bullet list of requirements (significant involvement..., experience..., etc). Then after that there is "EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:" which could be considered part of Qualifications or separate. But we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections; we need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = mandatory qualifications (education, experience). Qualifications = preferred or additional skills. But we can split: Requirements: Education and/or Experience (BA/BS, CPA, 15+ years, managerial experience). Qualifications: the bullet list of skills/experience (significant involvement..., etc). Skills: maybe the list of skills like strong written/verbal communication, critical thinking, people management, proficiency with MS Office. Benefits: the benefits description. Pay: salary range. Schedule: work environment (hybrid Tue-Thu, remote Mon/Fri). Also maybe Physical Demands could be omitted? Not required section.
We must not create sections with placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
Let's extract.
About the role: The paragraph after mission: "The VP, Tax Management & Compliance assist the Vice President and Senior Vice President of Tax Management & Compliance (“VP” and “SVP”) regarding all tax functions of The Church Pension Fund and its affiliates (collectively, “CPG”). This includes tax planning, research, and day-to-day compliance, both within the United States and globally, in an effort to maintain tax compliance of the organizations. In addition, this includes addressing non-tax compliance matters that arise from within the Corporate Finance department and working with other CPG compliance coordinators to document and resolve compliance events and communicating the outcomes. Also, expected to serve as the backup for the VP and SVP Tax Management & Compliance when the VP and SVP Tax Management & Compliance are unavailable."
We could also include earlier description of CPG mission? Might be considered about the role? The description of CPG is background; could be part of About the role. We'll include that as part of About the role.
Thus About the role: combine CPG description and role description.
Responsibilities: list each duty after "ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following." We need to capture each bullet (they are separated by line breaks starting with a capital letter). Let's extract them:

15. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing tax team while fostering collaboration with various Business and Corporate Units and managing business relationships with external tax preparers and consultants both domestically and internationally

18. Effective performance of the essential functions of this position requires regular in-person, on-site interaction with colleagues, both for purposes of relationship building and meaningful collaboration
Note: Some of these are more like skills (e.g., ability to analyze...). But they are listed under essential duties. We'll keep them as responsibilities.
Now Requirements: Education and/or Experience: BA/BS in Accounting or related field required; CPA is required; Minimum of 15+ years of tax experience with a major public accounting firm or corporate tax department; Managerial or Team Lead experience required.
We could also include "Education Level: BA/BS" etc but that's covered.
Qualifications: The bullet list under "Qualifications" heading: "Significant involvement with large tax compliance engagements for complex organizations at a major public accounting firm Experience with tax issues relating to employee benefit plans Experience with international individual and corporate taxation Experience with tax issues affecting non-profit organizations Experience with compliance issues relating to payroll and unclaimed property Experience performing as a subject matter expert for multiple corporate departments (finance, legal, investments, human resources, compliance, etc.) as well as managing relationships with external tax advisors Ability to self-manage Superior organizational skills Experienced in both tax preparation and tax review Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills - ability to effectively communicate with senior management as well as with external counsels, advisors and consultants Strong critical/analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze, interpret & make sound business decisions Strong people management skills – needs to effectively coach and develop employees Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) applications"
We need to split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills perhaps.
But we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. We could put the education/experience under Requirements, and the bullet list under Qualifications. Then Skills could be maybe the subset like "Strong written and verbal communication skills", "Strong critical/analytical thinking", "Strong people management skills", "Proficiency with Microsoft Office". However those are already in the Qualifications list. To avoid duplication, we could treat Qualifications as the bullet list, and Skills as maybe not needed (or we could combine). But the instruction says to include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Skills (the communication, critical thinking, people management, MS Office). So we can create Skills section with those items.
Thus we need to parse the Qualifications bullet list into categories: maybe we separate into Qualifications (experience-based) and Skills (soft skills and technical proficiency). Let's decide:
Qualifications (experience): Significant involvement with large tax compliance engagements for complex organizations at a major public accounting firm; Experience with tax issues relating to employee benefit plans; Experience with international individual and corporate taxation; Experience with tax issues affecting non-profit organizations; Experience with compliance issues relating to payroll and unclaimed property; Experience performing as a subject matter expert for multiple corporate departments (finance, legal, investments, human resources, compliance, etc.) as well as managing relationships with external tax advisors.
Skills: Ability to self-manage; Superior organizational skills; Experienced in both tax preparation and tax review; Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills - ability
