Vice President Talent Acquisition

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Talent Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This senior leadership role will shape enterprise hiring strategy in support of a complex healthcare organization with specialized staffing needs. The Vice President will partner closely with senior leaders to anticipate workforce demand, strengthen recruiting capability, and elevate the candidate experience across the business. The position will also guide executive searches, high-volume recruiting efforts, and the broader use of technology and data to improve efficiency and outcomes.
