Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of high-priority strategic initiatives for the CEO, managing risks and milestones
• Collaborate with the CEO's office to prioritize key strategic issues and prepare impactful recommendations
• Facilitate preparation for GEM, ELT, and Board meetings ensuring thorough, actionable materials
• Assess acquisition opportunities and support strategic planning with analytical insights
• Oversee and coordinate strategic planning cadences and quarterly business reviews
• Align CEO messaging with corporate strategy through collaboration with Marketing and Communications
• Lead the Office of the CEO staff, ensuring clarity and cohesion in project delivery

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in a senior strategy or corporate development role, ideally in consulting or investment banking
• Strong analytical skills with experience in valuation and financial analysis in the insurance industry
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to simplify complex issues into actionable insights
• Leadership experience with proven project management skills across diverse teams
• Expertise in Corporate Strategy for Commercial Property & Casualty insurance or similar sectors
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Self-motivated and disciplined, skilled in handling multiple high-stakes priorities
