About the role
The VP, Strategy leads EZRA’s strategic direction across both business and product strategy – determining where EZRA plays, how we win and what propositions and capabilities we build to create sustainable growth. You’ll bring together corporate planning, market intelligence, product strategy, pricing, commercialization and executive decision support, translating customer, market, product and financial insight into clear choices, investment priorities and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Owning the annual strategic planning process, long-term growth roadmap and quarterly OKR process, ensuring clear choices, ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Defining and owning EZRA’s proposition portfolio strategy – including vision, roadmap, lifecycle decisions, investment priorities and pilot / soft-launch frameworks.
- Own market, customer and competitor intelligence, identifying emerging opportunities, risks and trends – including how AI is reshaping coaching, leadership development and HR technology.
- Own the evolution of EZRA’s global pricing and commercial framework, building business cases for new propositions and evaluating revenue, margin, investment and market-position implications.
- Partnering with Product, Technology, Coaching and Commercial leaders to shape roadmaps and bring propositions to market.
- Supporting Board and Executive discussions with clear insight, business cases and recommendations, while leading and developing a high-impact Strategy team.
Requirements
- 12+ years’ experience across product strategy, corporate strategy, commercial strategy, management consulting or related leadership roles.
- A track record of defining and executing product and business strategies that have delivered measurable growth.
- Strong experience in proposition portfolio strategy, including pricing, positioning, commercialization and lifecycle management.
- Experience building for or selling to large enterprise customers, with credibility at C-suite and Board level.
- Experience with AI-powered products and a clear point of view on how AI is reshaping product strategy and market positioning.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing strategy teams.
- Experience in HR technology, talent management or a services-enabled-by-platform business is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
