About The Role

We're seeking an experienced Vice President, Speech-Language Pathology to lead and oversee operations across a growing multi-site practice in Georgia. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines strong clinical expertise with proven operational and expansion experience — someone who can build systems, mentor teams, and help more families access high-quality care across the state.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, clinical quality, and performance across all existing practice sites
  • Lead the strategic planning, site selection, and successful launch of new locations throughout Georgia
  • Develop and implement standardized operational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols across all sites
  • Partner with clinical leads and site managers to ensure consistent quality of care and regulatory compliance
  • Manage staffing strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention planning across the practice network
  • Analyze site-level performance metrics and financial data to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational, clinical, or personnel matters across the organization
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align practice growth with broader organizational goals
  • Foster a warm, family-centered culture of care that extends across every site in the network

What You'll Bring

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Demonstrated experience overseeing multi-site healthcare or clinical practice operations
  • Proven track record of successfully launching or expanding new practice locations
  • Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology clinical standards, compliance, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and cross-site communication skills
  • Ability to travel across Georgia locations as needed

Nice To Have

  • Advanced degree or certification in healthcare administration or business leadership
  • Experience with EMR/practice management systems used in multi-site clinical settings
  • Background in change management or process standardization across growing organizations
  • Familiarity with Georgia state healthcare regulations specific to speech-language pathology practices

Pay

Compensation Range: $200K - $250K

Schedule

Full-Time | Eastern Time (ET)
