Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of a go-to-market strategy for SLED and Public Healthcare
- Drive revenue growth and achieve booking targets while maintaining high forecasting accuracy
- Engage directly with senior leaders in government and healthcare on key cybersecurity solutions
- Guide sales teams through complex procurement processes and regulatory environments
- Build strategic partnerships to enhance market reach and deal acceleration
- Enhance team capabilities by recruiting top talent and fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and adapt solutions to specific market needs
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of executive sales management experience in technology, particularly within SLED and healthcare sectors
- Strong knowledge of data security, cyber resilience, and compliance frameworks relevant to public sector
- Track record of revenue growth and quota attainment in complex, regulated sales environments
- Expertise in the nuances of procurement processes and stakeholder dynamics in government and education
- Ability to influence high-level stakeholders including CIOs and C-suite executives
- Strong capability in leading cross-functional teams and aligning organizational goals in complex sales cycles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA is preferred
Pay
$440,000 – $550,000 annually
Schedule
Flexible schedule with 2-3 in-office days per week
