About the role
Work on analysis, design, and development of the data platform, beginning with the establishment of a reference data system for securities and pricing data, and later expanding to other data domains. Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and address process gaps. Partner with IT architects, database administrators, cybersecurity teams, and front-end engineers to build and integrate applications within the company’s software ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design the data platform, starting with a reference data system for securities and pricing data.
- Collaborate with business teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and address business requirements.
- Engage with IT systems architects, database administrators, and cybersecurity teams to meet back-end functionality demands.
- Partner with graphic artists, UI designers, and front-end engineers to optimize user experience and interface design.
- Coordinate with other technology and development teams to integrate applications into the broader software ecosystem.
- Participate in development meetings to align priorities, assign tasks, and share challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressively responsible experience.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this role is $169,541 to $195,000. The specific salary offered will be based on individual qualifications, experience, geographic location, and market conditions for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award.
