Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support
About the role
Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for governance and oversight of infrastructure change activity, ensuring changes across network, platform, and core technology environments are executed with rigor, consistency, and strong operational control.
Strengthen infrastructure risk management and change control practices to safeguard production stability, reduce service disruption, and improve resilience across critical technology environments.
Serve as a subject matter expert in infrastructure change governance and ITSM processes, helping to ensure change execution aligns with platform requirements, operational dependencies, and enterprise standards.
Partner across infrastructure engineering, operations, and service management teams to drive consistency in change practices, improve coordination, and reinforce adherence to support and operational standards.
Advance the maturity of the enterprise infrastructure change management process by identifying gaps, driving process improvements, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to adopt stronger and more scalable controls.
Promote continuous improvement by reviewing infrastructure operating practices, recommending practical enhancements, and implementing changes that increase efficiency, transparency, and governance effectiveness.
Work closely with infrastructure operations and engineering teams to assess change impacts, define requirements, and produce clear supporting artifacts such as process documentation, implementation roadmaps, dependency analyses, and operational plans.

The expected base salary for this position when employment commences can be found in the Job Info section at the bottom of the posting. Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
