Vice President, Product Management
About the Company
Marketbridge partners with leading B2B brands to create unified Go-to-Market® systems that connect strategy, AI, creativity, activation, and measurement. With a team of 350+ across North America and Europe, Marketbridge supports clients worldwide, ranging from Fortune 1000 enterprises to venture-backed, high-growth companies across technology, financial services, healthcare, industrial, and consumer sectors.
About the Role
We are building an AI-powered operating system driving innovation across B2B Marketing and are looking for a VP of Product Management to lead it. This role is for a product leader who has already felt the shift in this discipline and wants to be at the forefront. The gap between an idea and a working prototype is now measured in hours, not sprints. We expect our product leaders to move at this pace with purpose, leveraging AI to compress the distance between insight and shipped product.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product direction for the company-wide operating system, shaping what we build across three fronts: the data layer feeding our intelligence, the skills and agents doing the work, and the solutions supporting our broader agency services.
- Own the roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for the operating system.
- Direction: Define the product vision and sequence priorities that everything else depends on.
- Breadth: Lead product development across the data/analytics layer, skills/agents/context layer, agentic operations, and agency-supporting solutions.
- Hands-on delivery: Write and manage product requirements, build and test prototypes, and establish ground truths for downstream work.
- Pace: Move with the speed the current lifecycle demands, compressing the distance between idea and shipped product.
- Governance: Establish guardrails for data handling, security, evals, orchestration, transparency, user experience, responsible AI use, and evaluate vendors/platforms for scalability and interoperability.
- Collaboration: Build connective tissue across strategy, analytics, engineering, and agency teams to ensure the platform serves the whole business and our clients.
You will do the work, not just direct it. The line between product manager, project manager, and builder is blurred here. If "vibe coding" resonates with you, this role will feel like home. The engineering team moves fast, and you’ll prototype ideas that can quickly translate into production-ready features.

- Hands-on Building: Comfort prototyping, working spec-first, and moving from idea to working software rapidly.
- Modern Product Stack: Fluency with Claude, OpenAI, Notion, Figma, Monday, PRDs, and spec-driven workflows.
