About the role

Private Equity Senior investment role at a tech and software-focused private equity fund with $2B AUM. The VP will lead deal execution, support portfolio company boards, and mentor the junior investment team. Location Denver, CO. Type Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute software and technology buyout transactions
• Lead due diligence processes with management teams and advisors
• Serve on portfolio company boards and drive strategic value creation
• Develop and mentor Associates and Analysts on the investment team

Requirements

• 7+ years of PE or principal investing experience with a technology focus
• Track record of sourcing and closing technology buyout transactions
• Board-level experience at PE-backed technology businesses
• MBA from a top-tier programme preferred
