You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for population health initiatives
- Analyze local healthcare dynamics to drive innovative health models
- Develop community-specific programs addressing unique health needs
- Utilize analytics to generate insights and inform intervention strategies
- Oversee utilization management functions for the market
- Collaborate with medical professionals to design effective clinical programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Current state RN license preferred
- Strong understanding of local healthcare landscape
- Proficient in population health analytics and strategy

Pay
$188,900 – $359,800 annually
