Vice President, POM Product Management
About the role
This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Jersey City, NJ. In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Leading the development and execution of product strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product strategies by leveraging industry expertise and market insights to enhance product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement by demonstrating effective stakeholder management.
Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining robust product governance and risk management practices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners to promote product adoption and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Typically 5-8 years of experience.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in product lifecycle management and governance to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Strong working knowledge of the U.S. Retirement Market is desired.
