Responsibilities

  • Lead cultural transformation emphasizing accountability and customer-centric technology excellence
  • Attract and develop a diverse team of technology leaders to enhance engineering capabilities
  • Maximize AI-enabled developer productivity across software development for HP products
  • Ensure security is integrated into software development and delivery processes
  • Enable trusted data and AI capabilities for product teams through effective management
  • Define and execute reliability strategies for platform services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field; Ph.D. preferred
  • Engineering experience at the VP level within a technology company; 15+ years in engineering, including 8+ in senior management roles, with experience in managing global teams
  • Proven track record in developing high-performing technology teams with diverse backgrounds
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business value through engineering excellence
  • Deep technical knowledge of distributed systems and cloud-native software architecture
  • Exceptional communication skills for delivering content to senior executives

Pay

$280,000 – $350,000 annually
