Vice President, People Services

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for People Services and associated teams
• Ensure high-quality HR support through effective advisory, project management, and service center operations
• Align People Services support with business priorities by collaborating with senior HR leaders and executives
• Build partnerships across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Technology for aligned service delivery
• Develop and implement service standards and performance measures for improved HR responsiveness and accountability
• Lead the HR PMO in governance, execution discipline, and prioritization of enterprise HR initiatives
• Integrate AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency and improve the stakeholder experience

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of HR leadership experience, focusing on operations, shared services, or project management
• Proven ability to manage complex, sensitive issues under tight deadlines
• Experience in applying HR strategies to fulfill business demands with effective processes
• Strong project and change management capabilities with a focus on service delivery and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated proficiency with HR technology and AI tools to enhance service efficiency and stakeholder experience

$225,500 – $268,000 annually
