This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategy and operating models for global PBP and ER functions
- Build and develop high-performing PBP and ER teams through talent management and coaching
- Cultivate trusted relationships with XLT members as a strategic advisor
- Anticipate business needs to inform workforce and talent implications
- Collaborate with XLT on workforce strategies and leverage technology for effectiveness
- Assist leaders in designing efficient organizations and operating models
- Elevate leadership quality through talent planning and performance management
- Guide leaders through organizational changes and ensure alignment
- Oversee global Employee Relations strategy for consistency and fairness
- Manage sensitive ER matters, including executive investigations and issues
- Utilize ER data to proactively address organizational risks
- Work with Legal on employment practices and risk management
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive People leadership experience in large, complex, global tech organizations
- Significant experience in leading global PBP organizations and building effective teams
- Strong background in Employee Relations, including handling sensitive investigations and executive matters
- Demonstrated ability to partner with C-suite executives while maintaining independent judgment
- Expertise in organizational consulting and strategic workforce planning
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and executive presence for difficult conversations
Pay
$340,000 – $380,000 annually
