About the role
This role will define how Kantar collaborates externally to unlock greater value from its data, insights and technology.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a global partnership strategy that strengthens Kantar’s position across data, media and technology
- Identify, negotiate and secure high-value partnerships with leading platforms, media owners and data providers
- Create commercially robust partnership models that go beyond referrals to drive measurable revenue and product impact
- Hire, lead and develop a high-performing global partnerships team
- Partner with Product, Research and Data Science teams to ensure partnerships drive innovation and client value
- Advise senior leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging partnership opportunities
Requirements
Extensive experience in partnerships, or senior commercial roles within data, SaaS or marketing services
Proven track record of securing complex, multi-year commercial agreements with global organizations
Strong leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams
Deep understanding of how data, insights and technology combine to drive client outcomes
Able to operate strategically while also leading negotiations and execution in complex deal environments
