About the role
This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational management by fostering a positive, accountable company culture
- Develop and execute the Division's growth strategy in collaboration with senior leadership
- Establish and maintain relationships with key physician partners and health systems
- Manage financial performance and develop budgets for the Division's operational portfolio
- Lead crisis management efforts, providing strategic direction during challenging situations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold quality oversight across operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of driving team success
- Strong management skills for overseeing complex projects and managing multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with physicians and staff at all levels
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills suitable for presentations to diverse audiences
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments within a matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time, primarily in the home base regions
Pay
$180,000 – $220,000 annually
