Vice President of Tax and Global Treasurer

For a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking a Vice President of Tax and Global Treasurer to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, offering the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global tax strategy that aligns with business goals
• Advise on tax implications of mergers and acquisitions to executive leadership
• Lead processes for tax forecasting and compliance monitoring
• Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business
• Drive automation and tech adoption to enhance tax and treasury functions
• Oversee global tax compliance, audits, and inquiries
• Manage global cash, liquidity, debt, and FX risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in corporate tax and treasury with senior leadership experience
• Deep expertise in US tax laws, including transfer pricing and cross-border structuring
• Proven treasury management experience with FX risk and debt financing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for all organizational levels
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics required
• CPA, JD, or advanced degree in a related field preferred

Pay

$175,000 – $225,000 annually
