  • Partner with Finance to develop and manage supply chain budgets, forecasts, and cost improvement initiatives.
  • Provide enterprise leadership for sourcing, supply planning, and replenishment of finished goods and raw materials across both domestic manufacturing operations and global import programs.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage relationships with offshore partners, overseeing the full import process from production scheduling through delivery to ensure on-time, in-full execution.
  • Develop and execute vendor and factory capacity strategies, communicating rolling 18-month capacity plans to executive leadership and both domestic and offshore production partners.
  • Lead resolution of constrained supply scenarios across domestic and imported product lines to optimize profitable sales while maintaining factory performance.

  • Champion Voice of the Customer (VoC) data—surveys, RMAs, and product reviews—as a driver of quality improvement and supply chain decision-making.
  • Lead, develop, and hold accountable onshore and offshore teams—including the Quality and Customer Experience function—building a culture of accountability and developing succession-ready talent.
  • Serve as a credible and collaborative voice for the supply chain organization across functions, leadership levels, domestic operations, and international partners.
