New Business Growth
You'll own new-logo bookings as the primary success metric for the role. Build and execute full-cycle pipeline generation strategies across healthcare and manufacturing. Personally develop and close strategic target accounts.
Sales Leadership & Execution
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of three Account Executives.
- Own forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, CRM discipline, and sales execution using Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
- Partner with the CEO on quota planning, territory strategy, and sales compensation.
Go-to-Market Strategy
Lead the commercial go-to-market strategy for ConnectOS across both new prospects and existing customers. Continuously improve and scale a modern AI-enabled sales motion. Build the foundation for a larger sales organization as the business grows.
