About the role
Vice President of Sales oversees the sales team and drives revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with broader organizational objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics and product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in a sales or similar role.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to set and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
