About the role

Vice President of Sales oversees the sales team and drives revenue growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with broader organizational objectives.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics and product development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management in a sales or similar role.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to set and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
