Responsibilities
- Strategic sales initiatives aligned with revenue growth, profitability targets, and long-term business objectives
- A high-performing sales organization supported through strategic recruitment, coaching, performance management, training, and succession planning
- Operational excellence through oversight of departmental standards, budgets, staffing plans, scheduling strategies, and performance expectations
- Strong market positioning through business development efforts that expand market share and generate new revenue opportunities
- Lasting relationships with clients, guests, members, and business partners that strengthen loyalty and support long-term growth
- Insight-driven sales strategies informed by analysis of market trends, customer demographics, competitive activity, and performance metrics
- Collaborative partnerships with senior leadership that align sales initiatives with resort operations, guest satisfaction, and organizational goals
- Continuous performance improvement through evaluation of sales results, guest feedback, operational effectiveness, and revenue outcomes
- A culture of leadership, accountability, service excellence, and results-oriented performance across the sales organization

Requirements
- Visionary sales leadership with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth within luxury hospitality environments
- Proven expertise in business development, revenue generation, negotiation, and client relationship management
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities
- A demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams
- Strategic thinking supported by strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Professional presence, sound judgment, and executive-level credibility
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest and member experiences while achieving measurable business results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field
- Five to seven years of luxury hospitality sales experience required
- Minimum three years of hospitality sales leadership experience required
- Forbes Four-Star or Five-Star resort experience preferred
- Superior guest service experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
- Must be at least 18 years of age and be fluent in English
- Ability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
