Position
The VP Sales position demands impeccable credentials in new home sales, team building, administration, management, and supervision. A university BA or BS is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Preside. Lead the community sales process, including all on-site sales staffing, review and support.
- Influence sales office design, model home presentation; impact time scheduling, pricing, and more.
- With a deep knowledge of new homebuilding and sales, you achieve peak community sales and profitability by planning, assigning, and directing workflow; completing performance reviews and solving problems.
- Prepare. Interview, hire, and retain an exceptional team. Set strategies and execute goals. Coach and develop Sales Managers individually, and build a pipeline of future Sales Associates, Consultants and Administrators. Onboard new staff members via the company's branded program.
- Partner. Collaborate with division heads to maintain unified strategic direction. Work with Marketing to elevate brand awareness, and analyze the effects of marketing plans on traffic. Partner with the Corporate Training Department for regular division sales training. Participate with other related divisions as needed.
- Position. Using internal and external feedback, tweak programs to enhance results. Immerse your team in competitive market analysis, and local design preferences and value perceptions. Maximize profitability by reviewing, tailoring, and repositioning products as needed.
- Perform. Monitor Sales activity and create incentives when necessary. Meet with stakeholders to align or revise sales strategies. Audit CRM reports, and develop lists of community-centric issues for observation, improvement, evaluation, and resolution. Deploy company-compliant follow-up, and respond proactively to customer requests.
Requirements
- A university BA or BS is preferred.
- Bring at least 3 years in homebuilding sales and marketing; and 5+ years of a successful sales leadership track record.
