About the role
The VP of Sales is responsible for managing all brands, distribution channels, and deployment of sales for the organization. They develop strategic sales plans based on company goals to promote sales growth and customer satisfaction, including business and market development, customer management, market research, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, and overseeing the sales and marketing team’s daily activity and development.

Requirements
- 10+ years in progressive leadership and sales roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive sales experience
- Marketing experience
- Customer service management experience
- Product deployment experience
- Experience hiring and building a sales team
