Accountabilities

You will serve as the strategic and operational leader responsible for identifying, developing, and launching innovative product initiatives.

You will combine deep product expertise with strong market awareness to validate opportunities, define strategy, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.

Lead discovery efforts for emerging product opportunities by engaging with customers, understanding market needs, and identifying high-value workflows that can be improved through technology and AI.

Act as the primary product owner for new AI-focused product initiatives, managing roadmaps, defining requirements, creating technical specifications, and guiding delivery from concept to launch.

Establish clear product strategies that connect innovation investments to measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, customer value, and long-term market differentiation.

Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between innovation initiatives and existing platform capabilities.

Partner with executive stakeholders to shape go-to-market strategies, pricing approaches, enterprise positioning, and strategic customer engagements.

Define execution frameworks, success metrics, and delivery expectations to ensure product initiatives move forward efficiently and with clear accountability.

Build strong product narratives and communicate vision effectively to technical teams, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.

Champion a culture of thoughtful debate, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving while maintaining a high standard of execution.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader with a strong track record of building innovative B2B technology products and bringing new solutions to market.

You should combine technical fluency, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders across an organization.

8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, enterprise software, developer platforms, APIs, or related technology environments.

Proven experience launching greenfield products, including identifying market opportunities, validating customer demand, defining strategy, and delivering products from concept to adoption.

Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven product development, including experience with AI systems, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agent-based workflows, or semantic data technologies.

Strong understanding of infrastructure platforms and products designed for developers, technology teams, or enterprise users.

Experience conducting customer discovery, building business cases, and connecting product decisions to commercial outcomes.

Hands-on product management capabilities, including roadmap ownership, backlog management, user story creation, dependency mapping, and cross-team coordination.

Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate with engineers, product teams, executives, and customers.

Strong commercial instincts and the ability to translate technical innovation into market value and business growth.

Experience working in fast-moving, lean environments where strategic leadership and hands-on execution are equally important.

Familiarity with learning technology, HR software, or related industries is preferred.
