The Division VP of Health, Safety and Environmental is a hands-on, field-oriented player-coach role that drives step-change improvement in safety performance by influencing leaders, coaching frontline teams, and leading change where work happens.

This role is less about serving as an enterprise policy steward and more about making safety real, practical, and lived every day across operations.
