We are seeking a Vice President of Future of Work & Organizational Culture to shape how the enterprise works, collaborates, and evolves. You will own the future-of-work agenda—from workplace models to culture systems—ensuring the organization stays adaptable, engaged, and ready for what's next.

Responsibilities

  • Own the future-of-work agenda across workplace models and ways of working.
  • Design and evolve the systems that shape culture, engagement, and belonging.
  • Lead strategy on hybrid, flexible, and distributed work models.
  • Build the frameworks that help teams adapt to new tools, models, and expectations.
  • Own employee-experience strategy and feedback systems enterprise-wide.
  • Partner with the CHRO, CEO, and regional leaders on culture and workplace priorities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in organizational design, culture, or workplace strategy leadership.
  • Proven track record shaping culture and engagement at enterprise scale.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design and workplace-model strategy.
  • Experience building and leading culture or workplace-strategy functions.
  • Ability to set direction and make enterprise workplace trade-offs.
  • Board- and investor-ready communication.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience shaping workplace strategy across multiple regions.
  • Experience integrating AI and new tools into ways of working.
  • Background in organizational psychology or workplace research.
  • Culture or workplace leadership in the client's markets.

Pay

The base salary range for this role is $300,000 to $400,000, with exact placement determined by your skills, years of experience, and interview performance.
