Vice President of FP&A

I'm partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organization to fill a Vice President of FP&A role. The position serves as the right hand to the CFO, providing strategic financial leadership while scaling the FP&A function and supporting executive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and serve as a key advisor to the CFO and executive team
• Scale the FP&A function and build a high-performing team
• Drive growth initiatives, operational improvements, and value creation efforts
• Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to influence business decisions
• Develop advanced budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related experience
• Private equity-backed company experience is required
• Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and influence business decisions
• Advanced expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive-level reporting
• Strong business acumen with a desire to engage in operational and growth initiatives
• Experience leading and developing teams while partnering cross-functionally

Location and Schedule

Phoenix, AZ Area | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)

Pay

$215K-$230K Base + Bonus + Equity
