Responsibilities
- Leading a global FIU and guiding compliance analysts across multiple regions
- Overseeing transaction monitoring and all aspects of post-transaction investigations
- Serving as the subject matter expert for FIU operations and investigations
- Developing global operational standards and investigative procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate emerging financial crime risks
- Enhancing monitoring tools and governance in line with compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or law degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in financial crime compliance, particularly in leadership roles
- 5+ years managing FIU, investigations, or similar analysts across regions
- In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML, OFAC sanctions, and global regulatory reporting frameworks
- Strong experience in designing transaction monitoring and sanctions screening programs
- Hands-on experience with complex investigations in financial products and services
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency investigations and blockchain analytics
