Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis under the CFO's direction.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and KPI dashboards for leadership.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and treasury/debt processes.
  • Partner with accounting leadership to support accurate month-end close and reporting.
  • Manage and develop finance team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
  • Experience in a private, mid-sized, or operating company environment; leveraged business experience preferred.
  • Strong ERP/accounting systems experience and advanced Excel or financial planning tool skills.
