Build enterprise capabilities using AI, machine learning, near-miss intelligence, and wearable tech to create executive dashboards measuring leading indicators and predictive risk scores.
Design systems grounded in organizational psychology to analyze human performance, cognitive biases, and fatigue indicators, shifting the culture from enforcement to coaching.
Evaluate and implement next-generation safety tech, including computer vision, drones, robotics, IoT sensors, and VR/AR training.
Oversee enterprise risk mitigation across all hazards (operational, human factors, electrical, supply chain). Maintain top-tier governance exceeding OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, DOT, and EPA standards.
Establish root-cause analysis and knowledge-sharing systems that rapidly turn incidents into continuous improvement opportunities across all operating companies.
