Vice President of Electrical Engineering

The Role

Lead the design and delivery of electrical systems for mission critical facilities
Oversee projects from concept through construction
Design and coordinate systems including UPS, generators, MV/LV distribution, and substations
Perform and review power system studies (short circuit, coordination, arc flash)
Act as a primary client interface, leading meetings and presenting solutions
Support proposals, pursuits, and client development as part of a seller-doer model
Mentor and develop junior engineers

What They’re Looking For

• 10+ years electrical design experience
• Mission critical / data center project experience
• Strong background in power distribution design
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and SKM/ETAP
• Client-facing and leadership experience
• PE license preferred

Compensation

• Competitive base salary up to ~$250K + performance bonus
