Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the VP of Clinical Services provides clinical leadership and oversight to support high-quality nursing and ancillary services, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and positive outcomes across our facilities. Responsibilities for VP of Clinical Services: Develop, promote, and monitor the quality of professional nursing and ancillary health services provided at facilities, in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards and consistent with the organization's mission.Design, implement, and monitor clinical systems and Quality Improvement Programs.Monitor and report key performance indicators to the Chief Nursing Officer.Develop clinical programs that enhance residents' well-being, improve outcomes, and expand the organization's services.Oversee implementation and maintenance of electronic health records. Qualifications for VP of Clinical Services: Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)Minimum of three (3) years of clinical leadership experience in a long-term care settingExperience with multi-facility consultation or managementAbility to travel extensively and work on-site in numerous facilitiesMust have a valid driver’s licenseWorking knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulationsStrong decision-making and analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsWorking knowledge of computer technology and systems, including clinical software systemsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance Our Core Values in Action Passion – Bringing dedication and leadership to improving the quality of care and well-being of residents across our facilities.
