About the role
You will provide strategic leadership for Early Childhood Education, after-school programs, camps, and family-focused initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance early childhood education programs.
- Oversee and improve after-school programs to meet the evolving needs of families.
- Plan and manage camp activities to ensure they are engaging and developmentally appropriate.
- Collaborate with community partners to expand family-focused initiatives.
- Ensure all programs adhere to high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Psychology).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in child development, family services, or related field.
- Proven track record of successful program development and management.
- Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
