About the role

You will provide strategic leadership for Early Childhood Education, after-school programs, camps, and family-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance early childhood education programs.
• Oversee and improve after-school programs to meet the evolving needs of families.
• Plan and manage camp activities to ensure they are engaging and developmentally appropriate.
• Collaborate with community partners to expand family-focused initiatives.
• Ensure all programs adhere to high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Psychology).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in child development, family services, or related field.
• Proven track record of successful program development and management.
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
