Responsibilities

  • Meet quarterly revenue targets by selling OTA, Podcasts, Audacy Digital, and Live Events to National Brands and Agencies.
  • Create holistic solutions positioning the Audacy brand across all platforms to maximize impact for advertisers.
  • Map agency contacts, conduct business reviews, develop educational plans, and maintain communication with the US Agency/HC structure.
  • Develop a strategic narrative for Audacy within the US Holding Company to drive growth and adoption of Audacy’s portfolio of solutions.
  • Identify Holding Company initiatives and areas of focus that align with Audacy solutions to foster scalable innovation, data activation, insights, research, and audio engagement.
  • Proactively identify realignment and corrective measures as needed.
  • Plan, negotiate, and close complex deals involving top-level decision-makers from both advertiser and agency organizations, meeting and exceeding quarterly goals.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of Brand Advertising, Media Planning, and/or Brand Development experience leading businesses or accounts.
  • Experience building and executing multi-platform solutions across key business categories, with podcast experience being a plus.
  • Significant proven successful experience working in or with media and creative agencies.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing revenue through the development of strategic relationships.
  • Success in opening new accounts and driving revenue growth across a broad spectrum of client categories.
  • Strong understanding of performance-based marketing and data-driven sales, able to translate technical ideas into simple terms for stakeholders.
  • Experience in working for matrix organizations, collaborating to drive deliverable timelines from key internal cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Passion for creating high-impact presentations and leading training programs for large audiences.
  • Responsibility for creation and delivery of US holding company quarterly and annual business reviews.
  • Proven success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
