Vice President, Membrane Operations

About the role

The VP of Membrane Manufacturing Operations will oversee large-scale membrane production facilities, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality products. This role reports to the CEO and requires relocation to Wilmington, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to manufacturing teams in Monterrey, Mexico, and Wilmington, Massachusetts, as well as global logistics/supply chain, EHS, and Maintenance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence; mentor and develop team members.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Ensure production targets and KPIs are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
• Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for membrane manufacturing operations aligned with company objectives.
• Establish and maintain robust quality assurance and continuous improvement processes to meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale manufacturing operations, preferably in the membrane industry.
• Must relocate to Wilmington, MA.
• Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required.

Pay

$177,000–$262,000 plus bonus potential.
