Vice President, Marketing - Stadiums

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President, Marketing - Stadiums to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead strategic marketing support across a portfolio of stadium venues, helping local teams improve revenue performance and execute best-in-class marketing programs. The position will partner closely with venue leadership, marketing teams, and specialist resources to strengthen campaign effectiveness, operational consistency, and quarterly business results. It will also shape scalable playbooks, evaluate new marketing technologies, and support high-profile event environments where strong commercial execution is essential. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

Compensation: $150,000 – $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Elevate marketing performance through best-practice sharing and mentorship of venue marketing teams
• Provide KPIs and quarterly business performance reviews to venue leadership focused on revenue growth
• Tailor strategic marketing support to maximize local revenue performance
• Connect venue teams with specialists to build revenue-generating campaigns
• Evaluate and champion emerging marketing technologies to enhance team capabilities
• Build operational playbooks to scale revenue-driving efficiency
• Own national promoter marketing relationships to protect revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field
• 10+ years of marketing experience
• Prior experience in a marketing role at a stadium venue
• Experience with large-scale, high-profile events preferred, such as NFL games, the Super Bowl, or major concert tours
• Proven ability to lead and develop marketing leaders across multiple venues
