Job Title: Vice President, Marketing
Location: Hybrid Schedule
Reports To: First Vice President, Commercial Lines Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Market and place new and renewal business as assigned by the Chief Marketing Officer or Regional Marketing Officer – Marketing to handle general Property & Casualty.
• Develop and maintain relationships with executive level employees at various carriers and wholesalers with which HUB International Northeast currently or intends to do business.
• Absent from client-facing meetings as required.
• Train and develop employees within the Marketing Department as directed by the First Vice President Regional Marketing Officer.
• Manage team members as assigned.

Requirements

• Well versed in sales, marketing training and development.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• At least 4-7 years’ relevant experience.
• If applicable, experience with an active CRM system.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of Property, General Liability, Automobile, Worker’s Compensation and Umbrella coverages.
• Desired value add: Working knowledge of shared and layered placements and the London/Bermuda marketplace.
• Valid P&C license required.
