Vice President - Logistic Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President - Logistic Operations to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This executive role will oversee logistics operations across assigned sites, with a strong focus on strategic execution, customer partnership, and operational performance. The ideal candidate will help drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities while delivering scalable solutions that meet customer needs. This position also plays a key role in leading change management efforts and improving processes through Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Direct operational and strategic activities for assigned sites Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts Develop and measure customer profiles to identify business issues and opportunities Present tailored proposals and scalable solutions to customers Lead implementation of company programs and change management efforts Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to drive operational improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred 10+ years of supply chain management experience Experience with ISO, FDA, DEA, FTZ, or EPA regulations preferred Lean Six Sigma and/or Supply Chain certification or training preferred Strong customer relationship management skills Proven problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead teams effectively and adapt to changing priorities Benefits Medical insurance including HSA, HRA, and FSA accounts Supplemental insurance options Dental and vision insurance Basic and supplemental life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Paid parental leave 401(k) plan Paid time off starting at approximately 2 weeks 10 paid holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
